How to place an order

All online purchases are subject to Legislative Decree n. 206 of 06/09/2005.
It is possible to place an order either as a guest, or without the need to register, or by registering on the site that allows you to make the payment more quickly, store multiple shipping addresses, view and track your orders within your account and much more, such as receiving discounts and future benefits.
Prices are subject to change and include 20% VAT.
To certify your purchase, Gorilla Gang Style will send you an invoice or receipt.
Payment methods
You can decide to pay with:
- All credit cards. You don’t need to register to use the service.
- Bank transfer.
Transaction security
Your transactions are monitored twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, by a team dedicated to security whose sole purpose is to identify suspicious activities and help protect you from fraudulent transactions.
Products availability
- The customer acknowledges that the products from Gorilla Gang Style on the Website (hereinafter referred to as the “Products”) are numerically limited and are therefore aware that Gorilla Gang Style must check availability at the time of purchase.
- Problems may occasionally occur in connection with the availability of certain Products. In such circumstances, Gorilla Gang Style will promptly notify the Customer via email. In the event of unavailability of the product, the Customer will be asked if he prefers the replacement or refund.
- In the event of multiple simultaneous promotions, the discounts cannot be combined with each other.
Exchange and Return
Return policies
Gorilla Gang Style accepts returns for any reason within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order.
The items must be shipped in their original conditions within 14 days after the authorization to return by Gorilla Gang Style and not before having communicated it to our Customer Service via email support@gorillagangstyle.com. Our employee will contact you and follow you step by step in returning the items to our warehouse.
In case of defective items, Gorilla Gang Style will be happy to cover the shipping costs (in this case will be necessary to prove the defect through a photo and wait for confirmation from the company on the existence of the defect).
For orders made outside the European Union, for hygiene reasons, unfortunately it is not possible to change or request the return of the items, pursuant to art. 59 of D. Igs. 206 of 6 September 2005 and subsequent mm. and ii. (so-called Customer Code).
What to do and what not to do
To return an article:
- Tell us your intention to return an item within the fourteenth working day of delivery of the goods.
- Wait for our Customer Service to process your request.
- Send the product in its original condition (possibly in its original box). Gorilla Gang Style does not accept returns regarding the same order but sent separately in two different shipments.
- Return the item together with its original tag. Items returned without the appropriate tag will not be accepted.
- Gorilla Gang Style undertakes to reimburse the entire amount, excluding shipping costs.
- In the event that the above conditions will not be followed, or the returned item is used or damaged, Gorilla Gang Style will not proceed with the refund. In This case you can decide to have the previously purchased item returned at your expense. After this last shipment, returns will no longer be possible.
Refund times
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of delivery. The time required for reimbursement varies according to the payment method you prefer to use:
- Credit card:
The timing depends on the credit institution that issued your card. The data of the credit value will be the same as that of debit value. As soon as the refund is issued, we will send you a communication via email.

Shipping
Where we ship
We ship all over the world expect the Russian Federal Republic.
For orders placed in Italy it is possible to ship only within the country itself.
For orders placed from the European Union (excluding Italy) and from non-EEC countries one of the countries residing within the geographical area of competence can be selected as the destination.
Delivery times
Shipments to Italy and Europe
Gorilla Gang Style delivers to Italy and the European Union within approximately 5 working days (no deliveries made on Saturdays) for orders placed by 11:59 p.m the previous day.
For island, under-served countries and remote areas, delivery may take approximately 5 to 7 working days.
Shipment to non-EEC countries
In Non-EEC countries for orders placed from Monday to Friday by 11:59 p.m on the previous day, delivery can vary from 3 to 7 working days depending on the destination and customs times.
We remind you that for Non-EEC orders it is not possible to make returns or exchanges. For further details we invite you to visit the “exchange and returns” section on our website.
Customs duties
For orders shipped to Non-EEC countries, import customs duties are paid by the customer. The value corresponds to a percentage of the total invoice which may vary depending on the place of destination.
Order traceability
When the order is processed for shipping you can visit the “complete” status on the dashboard of your registration account, and you will receive an email with the tracking number to track the delivery to the email address listed in the order. If you do not receive the email, check your spam box or contact Customer Service.
Shipping address
In order to guarantee correct delivery times, we ask you to fill all the required data for the delivery address and to repost any references of companies, offices, public activities and opening hours, if these are not deliveries in private homes. Gorilla Gang Style will not be liable for any errors or shortcoming of the customer in filling out the address. Packages tampered with or damaged
Gorilla Gang Style is not responsible for delays or damages relating to products in the event of receipt of tampered or damages packages, you are asked to refuse delivery or collect them by signing subject to control. Photograph the package before and after opening. In case of damages to the items, contact the courier (…) and inform our Customer Service at the email address below: support@gorillagangstyle.com.
Further information
In the event that the delivery of the order is refused or it is impossible to deliver the shipment for reasons not attributable or o Gorilla Gang Style, the shipping cost incurred for the delivery and return of the goods will be deducted from the refund.
